时光网讯 据外媒报道,万达集团旗下的AMC院线已于上周五(8月30日)重启在纽交所的上市申请,拟集资最多4亿美元,用于“公司一般用途”,比如偿还债务。2008年由于持续亏损,AMC撤销了上市申请;2012年,AMC被万达收购后,再次放弃了上市计划;今年,已经是AMC第三次申请上市了。 AMC扭亏为盈先行一步 2012年5月,万达宣布以26亿美元购买AMC100%股权并承担其债务,并投入5亿美元的运营成本,总耗资31亿美元。当时,AMC处于高负债及业务亏损状态(2011财年亏损8270万美元)。不过AMC最新提交的上市申报文件显示,截止今年6月底的上一财年,AMC已经扭亏为盈,持续运营业务盈利4140万美元,营收达26.9亿美元。不过,外媒消息称,目前AMC对外仍有负债。 为万达院线上市铺路? 根据此前报道,早在2011年,万达集团就申请过上市,其中一个院线公司一个商业地产公司,但最终未能成功。现在,AMC打头阵申请上市,业内人士分析称,“这首先对万达在海外融资,偿还AMC巨额债务方面有很大帮助。假如AMC成功IPO,万达与国际投资市场的距离将进一步拉近,如果万达院线及房地产公司此后接着上市,这也是一次有益的铺路。” 欲再收购两家欧洲院线 万达的野心很大。在并购AMC签约仪式上,万达集团总裁王健林曾表示,除AMC外,万达还将对欧美等国大型院线进行并购,目标是到2020年,占据全球电影市场约20%的市场份额。这一步走得很快,就在今年4月,万达分别与两家欧洲院线Odeon&UCICinemas Holdings Ltd.和VueEntertainm entLtd.有过接触。近日,王健林亲自率团赴法国和英国考察,并与各地政商要员会晤会谈。 全球第一大院线:万达&AMC 公开资料显示,AMC是美国第二大院线,每年有超过2亿客流量。截至今年6月30日,AMC直接拥有、运营或参股343家影院,银幕数量4937块。万达院线目前是中国第一大院线,其官网数据显示,2012年后,拥有影院超过120家,银幕超过1100块。两家合并,成全球最大的院线。 Source: https://news.mtime.com/2013/09/03/1517300.html Foreign Talent Agency – Provides Foreign Models, Actors,…
