They will follow that up with the caper pic \u201cDragon and Phoenix\u201d which will be a Chinese co-production.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Moon and the Sun\u201d tells the story of Louis XIV trying to achieve eternal life by taking the life force from a mermaid, played by Bingbing, who has been captured by the French Navy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDragon and Phoenix\u201d is set in Shanghai and involves the theft and the attempt to recover one of China\u2019s greatest artifacts, a vase named Dragon & Phoenix. Fan Bingbing, is set to play a part of the team who must find out who stole the vase and then safely recapture it.<\/p>\n<p>The WME-repped Bingbing has starred in more than 30 films in China with \u201cDouble Xposure\u201d being her most recent film.
