时光网讯 据外媒报道，万达集团旗下的AMC院线已于上周五（8月30日）重启在纽交所的上市申请，拟集资最多4亿美元，用于“公司一般用途”，比如偿还债务。2008年由于持续亏损，AMC撤销了上市申请；2012年，AMC被万达收购后，再次放弃了上市计划；今年，已经是AMC第三次申请上市了。   　AMC扭亏为盈先行一步   2012年5月，万达宣布以26亿美元购买AMC100%股权并承担其债务，并投入5亿美元的运营成本，总耗资31亿美元。当时，AMC处于高负债及业务亏损状态（2011财年亏损8270万美元）。不过AMC最新提交的上市申报文件显示，截止今年6月底的上一财年，AMC已经扭亏为盈，持续运营业务盈利4140万美元，营收达26.9亿美元。不过，外媒消息称，目前AMC对外仍有负债。   　　为万达院线上市铺路？   根据此前报道，早在2011年，万达集团就申请过上市，其中一个院线公司一个商业地产公司，但最终未能成功。现在，AMC打头阵申请上市，业内人士分析称，“这首先对万达在海外融资，偿还AMC巨额债务方面有很大帮助。假如AMC成功IPO，万达与国际投资市场的距离将进一步拉近，如果万达院线及房地产公司此后接着上市，这也是一次有益的铺路。”   欲再收购两家欧洲院线   万达的野心很大。在并购AMC签约仪式上，万达集团总裁王健林曾表示，除AMC外，万达还将对欧美等国大型院线进行并购，目标是到2020年，占据全球电影市场约20%的市场份额。这一步走得很快，就在今年4月，万达分别与两家欧洲院线Odeon&UCICinemas Holdings Ltd.和VueEntertainm entLtd.有过接触。近日，王健林亲自率团赴法国和英国考察，并与各地政商要员会晤会谈。   全球第一大院线：万达&AMC   公开资料显示，AMC是美国第二大院线，每年有超过2亿客流量。截至今年6月30日，AMC直接拥有、运营或参股343家影院，银幕数量4937块。万达院线目前是中国第一大院线，其官网数据显示，2012年后，拥有影院超过120家，银幕超过1100块。两家合并，成全球最大的院线。     Source: https://news.mtime.com/2013/09/03/1517300.html Foreign Talent Agency – Provides Foreign Models, Actors,…
