Jean-Jacques Annaud is a French film director, screenwriter and producer, best known for directing Wolf Totem, Enemy at the Gates, Quest for Fire and The Bear. Wolf Totem was named as best film at the Golden Rooster awards, the biggest award ceremony in mainland China and at the 2015 Beijing International Film Festival, Jean-Jacques Annaud’s Wolf Totem won best director and best visual effects.
